Return of goods of inadequate quality

Check your order directly at the post office upon receipt. If you see that the packaging is damaged, the product is not working, or it does not suit you for any reason, or there are external signs that the product has become unusable due to poor service provided by the carrier, or the package is incomplete, refuse it directly at the post office and notify the carrier in writing of the reason for such refusal, draw up a REPORT. Buyers who do not comply with this condition will be denied an exchange of goods or a refund due to the absence of fault and the store's non-involvement in the damage to the goods and the violation of the integrity of its packaging.
